We were sitting outside in Dad’s garden today enjoying the first half an hour of sunshine for a few weeks when I remembered the girls had a packet of caterpillar plant seeds that they hadn’t planted out yet.
Since its June already, I thought I’d let our little Plum plant some in the garden so they didn’t go to waste – hopefully the girls will see it this way when they find out we’ve used their seeds!
Allegedly, these seeds will sprout into cute curly caterpillars on red cabbage-like leaves 2-3 weeks after the soil, rain and sun do their ‘thing’:
Hopefully I will be posting pics of seedlings in a fortnight!
